HOMESCHOOL PROGRAM
for Grades K-8

Welcome to the Coastal Grove Homeschool program. Students and parents of the Coastal Grove Homeschool Program receive:

• The Oak Meadow Curriculum: a comprehensive curriculum that covers your child’s year of study.  Overview and lesson sample 
• A yearly budget for specialty classes at Coastal Grove, community classes, and supplementary supplies
• Parent/student workshops
• Field Trips
• Festivals
• A resource center with library and supplies for check-out and purchase
• A credentialed teacher to act as an advisor and partner in your child’s education

Through the year, parents and students meet with an education coordinator to plan curriculum, share student work and celebrate his/her accomplishments.  Each family becomes part of Coastal Grove Charter School attending festivals, workshops and special events.  The education coordinator acts as a bridge to organized community activities and school events for families to participate in.
